Registration Instructions

Please follow the steps below to complete your registration:

• While making the payment, please ensure that the correct Correct amount ( Registration fee + Additional page charges if any ) is paid according to your category.
• Authors of accepted papers should mention their CVIP 2026 Paper ID in the payment remarks.
• After successful payment, save the payment receipt/transaction confirmation carefully. A screenshot or downloaded transaction receipt may be used as proof of payment.
• Complete the CVIP 2026 Registration Form using the link provided below:

  Login to the registration portal and fill “CVIP 2026 Registration Form”
• Upload the payment receipt and all other required supporting documents in the registration form.
• Please verify all information, including your name, affiliation, email address, paper ID, registration category, and payment details, before submitting the form.
• Registration will be considered complete only after submission of the registration form along with valid payment proof.

Documents Required During Registration

Depending on the selected registration category, participants may be required to upload the following:

• Payment receipt / transaction proof
• Student ID card or valid student-status certificate, for Student Author registration
• Valid IAPR/IUPRAI membership proof, if registering under the member category
• Paper ID and paper title, for authors of accepted papers

Important Conditions for Authors

• At least one author of every accepted paper must register for CVIP 2026.
• The registered author is expected to present the accepted paper at the conference for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
• Authors should ensure that the final camera-ready manuscript has been submitted in accordance with the CVIP 2026 camera-ready instructions.
• The author information provided during registration should be consistent with the final camera-ready manuscript and CMT submission.
• Authors registering under the Student category must provide valid proof of student status.
• Authors claiming the IAPR/IUPRAI membership fee must upload valid proof of membership.
• An author can present another paper at a reduced fee @ 50% of the original registration fee; i.e., the total registration fee will be 1.5 times the registration fee of one paper.This discount is applicable only to additional papers presented by the same author and does not apply to papers presented by different authors.
• For author registering multiple papers, the registration fees for all papers should be paid through a single payment, and the registration details for all papers should be submitted through a single registration form.
• Important: Each registration covers the participation of one author only. If multiple authors of the same paper wish to attend the conference, each additional author must register separately under the “Non-Author” registration category.

Additional Page Charges

• The standard paper length is up to 15 pages in the prescribed Springer format.
• If the final manuscript exceeds 15 pages:

  INR 2,600 per additional page for Indian delegates, or

  USD 40 per additional page for foreign delegates.
• The maximum permitted length is 21 pages, including figures, tables, equations, references, and acknowledgements. Papers exceeding 21 pages will not be considered.
• The applicable additional-page charge should be paid along with the registration fee.

A single CVIP 2026 conference registration is expected to provide access to:

• All CVIP 2026 technical sessions
• All keynote and invited talks
• Conference refreshments and lunch during the conference days
• Conference dinner
• Conference kit and associated conference materials
